when i was in primary school, i love sports so much. plg suke acara balapan. msk je sek men still active with sports. msh lg balapan. im a school runner ok!!!! every evening diWAJIBKAN lari naik turun bkt sbb my school ni atas bukit. coach suruh lari turun naik bukit 10 times n cn u imagine mas punye badan ms tu mcm mana? stamina? jgn ckp lah kannn..
betollah kata org kan. bila kita active bersukan thn tiba2 kita berhenti bdn mesti mencanak2 naik. true!!!!! i started to gain weight after i left school. pas hbs spm. x naik terus tau. naik sket2.but i remembered mula naik my weight was 52 kg. oh my!!! igt lg jmpa my primary fren ketawa besar dia tgk mas. igt lg ayat dia 'awat hang gemuk?' i bet u knw how thin i was smpkan 52kg pun kwn dh ckp gemuk. my weight b4 i stopped all my sports activities was around 45 to 47 kg SHJ!!!
after my college years n started my career my weight still 50 plus tp blm reach 60 kg lg. ms tu mmg x ksh sgt sbb x smp 60 kg lg. kena plak ada la bersukan sket2. bl naik ke angka 60 mas dh mula risau. tp risau skettttttt je. x byk. so my eating habit x ubah jgk. bedal je apa yg tekak nk sbb ms tu latih my students netball so most of the time during the training session i'll join them n most of the time jgk mas yg lbh2 main. hak3...still kesedaran nk diet msh x ada sbb pk at least once a week mesti berpeluh. smpkan ada skali tu asyik masyuk sgt main smpkan mas jatuh terduduk ms main netball n thts actually the starting point im suffering frm the back pain.
2004 where mas totally stop. dh x active lgsg2 dgn sport. pendek kata peluh yg kluar lepas tu bknlah krn bersenam. years by years penyakit malas makin bermaharajalela n skt blkg makin terasa sakitnya. i cant sit longer nor stand longer as well. my back will be very painful. just imagine kan duduk x kena berdiri x kena. lepas jatuh x penah berurut. nk jdkan cerita last year jatuh lg. same position. terduduk jgk. just imagine mas dh 60 plus kg dh ms tu bl jatuh mcm nangka busuk gitu bukankan sgt tidak elok utk pinggang. bdn berat derrrr. i was so scared sbb igt paralysed dh sbb i cnt move my body for a second. lepas tu br rs skt.
till one day while browsing the net i found about pb which is believed cn cure the back pain n of course cn help u to slim dwn. mak suke! mak suke! dua dlm satu! lama jgk mas pk nk beli ke tdk sbb tkt x menjadi. tp pk2 blk kalu x cuba mana tahu ok ke tdk kan!
alhamdulillah since i put on pb my back pain is getting better. my posture dh di betulkan. i cn sit n stand longer thn before. kalu tdk, ya Allah rs nk menjerit. berdiri kejap pastu duduk. pas duduk berdiri lak. kwn2 ckp ngalahkan org tua. berdiri lama pun x thn! huhuhu....
mas sgt bersyukur krn ditemukan dgn pb n sbb mas dh rasa, alami sendiri sbb tu mas x teragak2 to join this bis. good thing is to be shared. bknnya 'makan' sorang2.
so people, kalau ada mslh sama mcm mas. try la pb! it's a good corset. it cn really helps u. mas berani ckp sbb mas dh alaminya. so, wht r u waiting for? get yr pb set now!!!! lg lama tunggu lg teruk nnti skt tu. jgn jd mcm mas.
